The present invention provides a bendable organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate including a first region and a second region adjacent to the first region; a plurality of first organic light emitting elements located in the first region; a plurality of second organic light emitting elements located in the second region; and a plurality of first thin film transistors located in the second region and connected to the first organic light emitting elements to drive the first organic light emitting elements. The first thin film transistors are arranged not to overlap the first organic light emitting elements. Therefore, the organic light emitting display device improves durability and convenience of a user despite a repetitive bending operation.
