A terminal is assigned for a first code for multiple access based on compression sensing from a first base station. The terminal generates a first puncturing code having a part of the first code and transmits the first puncturing code to the first base station in the case of connecting to the first base station. And the terminal transmits the first puncturing code to a second base station in the case of handover from the first base station to the second base station.
