<p>The system to wind and unwind textile material, such as stretch yarns or fabrics and other textiles such as during a mfg. or finishing process, has a monitor between the tensioner and the winding station. The actual tension of the material is compared with a pre-set value so that the material can be controlled and held at a constant tension. The system ensures that the material is wound at a constant and exact tension, without being affected by the winding speed or the size of the wound roll during winding.</p> |
