PURPOSE:To increase the number of mobile stations which can be connected to a base station while using a single 2B+D interface for the digital cordless telephone system which is prescribed to STD-28. CONSTITUTION:A slot 6 among incoming data slots constituting a block 1 is coded into a B1 block and slots 7 and 8 are coded into a B2 channel. For the coding into the Bl channel, exchange control information for identifying the block is included. When 4-block transmission is performed, TCH information of 12 slots in total can be sent. Reception is similar. Consequently, TCH information regarding respective mobile station can be sent by three mobile stations per block, so the TCH information of 12 mobile stations can be sent and received with four blocks. |
