Preparation and vintages of a new type of certificate for the certification of keys on chip cards

The method tests more than one key is certified, if a key and base certificate is available, the certificate is loaded and serial number of base certificate is read into the chip card. If no base certificate is available, then a digital signature is produced over the base certificate and base hand up certificate. A pair of keys (public/private keys) is produced and a supplementary certificate with data fields is produced. Then digital signature is produced over the supplementary certificate and then become hang-up.
