PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete product with high tensile strength and with few pits and excellent surface quality in a short time. SOLUTION: A laminated body wherein an open-cell porous sheet consisting of a reinforcing fiber and a polyolefin resin, a net made of a glass fiber and a polyolefin film with fine pores are integrated is provided and the polyolefin film is arranged on the surface of the laminated body and amt. of transmittance of nitrogen gas through the laminated body is at least 6×1011 ml/m2.24hr.atm and pore diameter of the polyolefin film with fine pores is 10-500μm.
