PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water feeder, by which hot water can be utilized without the using-up of hot water by the sufficient quantity of hot water and which has less power consumption. SOLUTION: A water inlet 1 into which water is flowed and a hot-water outlet 2 from which hot water is flowed out are installed to a hot-water tank 3. An insulating heater 4 being arranged into the lower section of a hot-water tank 3 and heat-insulating hot water in the hot-water tank 3 is mounted. A heater 5 being arranged to a high-temperature water section in the hot-water tank 3 and heating hot water discharged from the hot-water outlet 2 is set up. A previous detecting means previously detecting the use of hot water in the hot-water tank 3, increasing the calorific value of the insulating heater 4 and heating hot water in the hot-water tank 3 is fitted.
