摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner allowing recognition of a battery charge remaining quantity by means of a simple structure. SOLUTION: Inside a vacuum cleaner main body provided with a handle part arranged slidably for moving its gripping part to a predetermine height position, an electric blower 24 and a battery 22 connected to each other in parallel are arranged between a pair of charging terminals 21a and 21b. A power source switch 23 turning on/off the electric blower 24 and connected to the electric blower 24 in series is arranged in a main body case. Inside a suction port body connected to the cleaner main body, an electric motor 27 turning a rotational cleaning body and a floor face switch 26 are connected to each other in series between the charging terminals 21a and 21b. When a charge remaining quantity of the battery 22 is reduced, a Zener diode ZD1 is turned into a reverse-blocking state, a transistor Q2 is turned off while a transistor Q2 is turned on, and a light emitting diode LED1 is lighted up. Using power source lines 25 and 25 for the electric motor 27, arrangement can be accomplished in simple structure. Because of the arrangement inside the suction port body coming in sight in cleaning, the charge remaining quantity of the battery 22 can be checked easily.
