PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the passing precision of a bending angle of a work by simplifying a constitution of, miniaturizing a bending apparatus and also, quickening the movement. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a bending order and die deciding means 24D for deciding the dies at each bending order based on product information, a V width deciding means 24F for deciding V widths of prescribed positions X<SB>1</SB>, X<SB>2</SB>, X<SB>3</SB>in the longitudinal direction (X-axial direction) of these decided dies, and a V width adjustable means 27 for adjusting the V widths of the prescribed positions X<SB>1</SB>, X<SB>2</SB>, X<SB>3</SB>in the longitudinal direction (the X-axial direction) of these decided V widths.
