<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically control action characteristics of a program being executed on a processor in accordance with the reaction state of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The device uses the fact that visually observable appearance such as frequency of blinking changes in accordance with the biological state of a player as the player feels uncomfortable.
