<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reflect writings to different printed documents on an electronic document without complications, when a plurality of sets of printed documents are output from the same electronic document. <P>SOLUTION: A client 10 receives an instruction to print a first electronic document by a receiver 11, creates one second electronic document by a document-creating unit 12, creates a document PDL for document image printing by a document PDL creating unit 13, generates a code image including a medium ID and coordinates by a code image generator 14, creates an output PDL by an output PDL creating unit 15 by setting a code image in the document PDL, and transmits the output PDL by a transmitter 18 to an image forming apparatus. When a receiver 16 receives a printing completion report from the image forming apparatus, a management information generator 17 generates management information where the medium ID and the second electronic document are made to correspond to each other, and the transmitter 18 transmits the second electronic document and management information to a server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
