METHOD FOR PREPARING POLYMER LATEX POWDER USING SEPARATION MEMBRANE

A method for preparing a polymer latex powder is provided to reduce the consumption of energy and to increasing the efficiency for removing the moisture of latex by continuous dehydrating process. A method for preparing a polymer latex powder comprises the steps of dipping a separation membrane module in a polymer latex solution or transferring a latex solution into a separation module and removing moisture by using pressure as a driving power; and applying pressure to the obtained separation membrane in the opposite direction to the pressurization direction so as to allow the adsorbed latex to be desorbed. Preferably the pore of the separation membrane has a size of 0.001-10 micrometers; and the latex solution has a particle size of 0.01-100 micrometers.
