A TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor of a vehicle is provided to simplify the structure of the TPMS sensor, increase durability of the TPMS sensor, construct the TPMS sensor at a low cost and transmit information on the air pressure state of a tire to a TPMS controller. A TPMS sensor of a vehicle includes a body(3), a pressure plate(7), a spring(9), an electrode plate(11), a transmitter(13), and a battery(15). The body includes an air pressure inlet(1). The pressure plate slides in a straight line in the body according to the pressure of air flowing through the air pressure inlet and includes a permanent magnet. The spring elastically supports the pressure plate in a direction opposite to the direction in which the pressure of the air flowing through the air pressure inlet works. The electrode plate generates eddy current according to access of the permanent magnet when the pressure plate slides in a straight line. The battery provides power to the transmitter.
