<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food containing fine powder of mate, and enabling the active ingredients of the mate to be efficiently ingested. <P>SOLUTION: The food containing the fine powder of the mate contains a prescribed proportion of the fine powder of the mate. Preferably, the food containing the fine powder of the mate is a chewable tablet, a granule or a tablet containing the fine powder of the mate in a proportion within a range of 2-80 wt.%, or a capsule storing a fine powder mixture obtained by mixing the fine powder of the mate in the proportion within the range of 2-80 wt.%.
