PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local heat insulation structure of a building capable of further enhancing cooling-heating efficiency as a whole, by improving heat insulation performance of an individual room of a building having high airtight high heat insulation performance.SOLUTION: A local heat insulation structure comprises a heat shield sheet 32 so as to cover the whole surfaces of the respective side surfaces except for an opening part of a room 36 on the reverse surface side of a component opposed to the room 36 being one space of a building, and comprises a closed stationary air layer 39 opposed to the heat shield sheet 32 and sealed with respective side surfaces, on the respective side surfaces of the room 36. The room 36 is surrounded by an outer wall backing material 16 and an indoor wall 38. A heat insulation material 14 is provided substantially all over the surface in the outer wall backing material 16, and the heat shield sheet 32 is provided on the indoor side of the outer wall backing material 16, and an inner wall plate 20 is positioned on the indoor side of the heat shield sheet 32. The heat shield sheet 32 is provided on the reverse side of the indoor wall 38. The closed stationary air layer 39 is formed in at least one of the outdoor side and the indoor side of the heat shield sheet 32. |
