A lung isolation catheter (1) comprises a main tracheal catheter (2), a bronchial catheter (3), a first opening (21) and second openings (22). A first air sac (6) is arranged on the outer wall of the main tracheal catheter (2) and the first air sac (6) is connected to a first inflation valve (61). The bronchial catheter (3) is connected to the lower end of the main tracheal catheter (2). A second air sac (5) is arranged on the outer wall of the bronchial catheter (3) and the second air sac (5) is connected to a second inflation valve (51). A sealing member (4) is arranged inside the bronchial catheter (3) and the sealing member (4) is connected to a third inflation valve (41) by using a ventilation pressure control device (42). The first opening (21) is formed at the tail end of the bronchial catheter (3). The second openings (22) are formed on the catheter wall at the lower end part of the main tracheal catheter (2) and located below the first air sac (6). There are at least two second openings (22), which are distributed along the peripheral surface of the main tracheal catheter. The lung isolation catheter has an excellent ventilation function, is operated safely, conveniently and efficiently, and can reduce the risk of existing double-lumen endotracheal intubation. |
