PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus and radio communication system, and radio communication method that make it possible to elongate a communication distance from a mobile body and improve reliability of communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication apparatus for performing communication with a mobile body comprises: a beam adjustment unit for adjusting an irradiation direction and beam width of a beam used for the communication; an irradiation direction control unit for controlling the beam adjustment unit so that the beam can follow up the mobile body; and a beam width control unit for controlling the beam adjustment unit so as to adjust the beam width on the basis of at least distance information showing a distance between the radio communication apparatus and the mobile body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
