PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a specific working machine easily and reliably among a large number of working machines.SOLUTION: In an information processing apparatus, the number of working machines is inputted for each multiple groups, in a state where a plurality of working machines (modules) constituting a pair substrate working system are divided into multiple groups (machines). A unique code is determined for each inputted number of working machines. Each working machine of a pair substrate working system has a display device, and the unique code according to each working machine is displayed in the display device of each working machine. Consequently, the worker can identify a predetermined working machine easily and reliably among a large number of working machines.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
