The device has a case (18) with an elongated and plane part carrying an electrical contactor on its side turned towards a plate (2). A pin is carried on one side of a base of a pair of tracks (32) that is formed parallel and passing under a base (4a) of a clamp (4), where the side is turned towards the plate. The contactor and pin are controlled by rotation and translation of a thumbwheel (8), respectively. An Independent claim is also included for an electrical circuit for transmission of control.
