<p>The mounting plate for fixing flexible heating or cooling pipes consists of a base plate (24) with plane, parallel faces which has on one side cylindrical projections between which the flexible piping is placed. There are two types of cylindrical projection, both being slightly conical and tapering towards the top and disposed in parallel rows, but spaced so that the distance between tangents is about equal to the diameter of the piping. The larger projections (26) are about three times the diameter of the pipe and have a slightly conical central bore (36) and slots (38) which go through to the base of the plate. The smaller projections (30) are about equal to the diameter of the piping.</p> |
