PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with which a sufficient sealing performance can be obtained when filling a content liquid and the internal pressure in a container can be prevented from excessively increasing in recapping after uncapping.

SOLUTION: The cap includes a cap body 4 having a top plate 2 and a cylindrical part 3 extended downward from its periphery, and a liner 5 provided in the cap body 4. The outer diameter of the liner 5 is 34.9-37 mm.
