<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a low-resistant and high-transparent opposing electrode, and to form a transparent conductive film, through which moisture and oxygen are hard to intrude, so as to improve durability by forming a positive electrode of a positive hole filling electrode layer and a non-crystal transparent conductive film, and making the positive hole filling electrode layer contact with an organic layer interposed between a negative electrode and a positive electrode. SOLUTION: An organic layer 3, which contains an organic light emitting layer, is interposed between a negative electrode (lower electrode) 2 and a positive electrode as an opposing electrode formed on a glass board 1. The positive electrode as the opposing electrode is formed of a positive hole filling electrode layer 4 and a non-crystal transparent conductive film 5, and the positive filling electrode layer 4 is made to contact with the organic layer 3 so as to form an organic electroluminescent element. As a non-crystal transparent conductive film 5, In-Za-O base oxide film is desirably used. As a positive hole filling electrode layer 4, Pt, Ni, Pd, Os are sued, and film thickness is formed at about 1-20 nm. With this structure, an EL element is filled with electron from the negative electrode 2, and while the EL element is excellently charged.</p> |
