An electrical enclosure (10) manufacturing method comprises positioning a wire mesh (22) against the surface of the enclosure structure (25) using a metal fixture (24), i.e. Velcro hooks. The foam (30) is formed on the enclosure surface adjacent the wire mesh using the foam-in-place (FIP) techniques, while positioning the wire mesh against the surface, the foam then adheres to the enclosure surface and holds the mesh wire in place.
