CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF HARDWARE, WOODEN COLUMN MEMBER USING THE HARDWARE, AND SHAPE STEEL, AND ROOF FRAME STRUCTURE OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a wooden column member and a shape steel in a high strength by providing a through hole for a bolt at the upper end or the lower end of the wooden column member in one side of the top plate or the bottom plate of a steel fitting and forming a connection hole at the other side of the top plate or the bottom plate. SOLUTION: A bolt 5 which is projected on the upper end of a wooden column member 2 is inserted in a connection hole of the bottom plate 11 and a nut is screwed thereon to fix a hardware 1 on the upper part of the wooden column member 2. An H-shaped steel 3 is put on the top plate 12 of the hardware 1 as a laterally laid member. A bolt 7 is inserted in the connection hole of the top plate 12 and the connection hole of the lower flange 31 of the H-shaped steel, and a nut is screwed thereon. In this way, the H-shaped steel 3 is connected to the upper part of the wooden column member 2 through the hardware 1. The H-shaped steel 3 is easily connected to the upper part of the wooden column member 2 by such a simple connection work with the bolt and nut. The side plate of the hardware 1 or the like is not fitted to the side face of the wooden column member 2 and hence, a fireproof cover or a decorative finishing material can be applied without hindrance on the side face of the wooden column member 2.
