An explosive device, is described, the device comprising a casing containing an explosive charge having a concave shaped portion facing a blast direction and a line covering at least a part of the explosive charge, the device being characterised in that, in use, in addition to a primary detonation pressure wave, there is a secondary reflected pressure wave following the primary wave, said secondary reflected pressure wave impinging on a rear surface of the liner and generating a stress in the liner greater than the dynamic strength of the liner. |
