A system and a method for brokering EC(Electronic Commerce) with guarantee for compensation are provided to promote the EC by enabling sellers to register various goods/sale conditions and enabling buyers to register various goods/purchase conditions based on compensation. An authenticating server(60) authenticates identification of the buyers and the sellers. A goods/condition register(24,44) registers the goods/sale condition inputted from the buyers and the goods/purchase condition inputted from the sellers. An EC processor(32) processes the EC for the registered goods between the buyer and the seller. A compensator(34) provides the compensation to the buyer/seller of the goods which is not traded. The goods include tangible goods, and intangible goods including a service, AD(ADvertisement), and marketing. |
