摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive reactive power compensating device of gradation voltage control which can show a necessary and sufficient function as the reactive power compensation device and can hold a DC voltage ratio of each voltage output unit to be constant with low lose without installing hardware which causes the enlargement of the device and loss and an increase in cost accompanied by the enlargement. <P>SOLUTION: Voltage output units 2 of H and M bits hold the energy of the whole power storage means 3 to be constant by adding an active current value generated based on deviation between an energy command value of the power storage means 3 and a feedback value to a command value of a current and the combination of output voltages is selected. Thus, a voltage between the power storage means 3 is held to be constant. The voltage output unit 2 of an L bit obtains a highly precise voltage output by pulse width modulation control by connecting the power storage means 3 to a DC power supply 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
