<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular drive unit capable of attaining driving efficiently suppressed in energy consumption regardless of two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicular drive unit having a plurality of wheels includes a plurality of motors which are installed to the plurality of wheels and independently drives the plurality of wheels and a control unit which controls the plurality of motors.
