A wireless mouse having a built-in keyboard and a wireless mouse system using the same are provided to perform functions of a keyboard and a mouse at the same time by installing operation keys of a keyboard at the wireless mouse, and improve space utility by removing a connecting line and a keyboard. A position signal sensor(420) senses displacement. A key input unit(430) inputs signs or controls operation of a program. A control unit(410) digitizes signals inputted through the position signal sensor or the key input unit to generate a scan code. The control unit merges additional information with the scan code to packetize data. A wireless signal transmitter(440) converts the packetized data into wireless signals.
