(i) mixing a sufficient quantity of fruits and vegetables with a Lactobacillus acidophilus culture broth, a Bifidobacterium longum culture broth, a Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus culture broth, and a Streptococcus thermophilus culture broth to obtain a mixture, and (ii) fermenting the mixture for a suitable time to obtain said fermentation broth. |
