1. An azomethine-type direct dye with a tri-aromatic unit of formula (I), the organic or inorganic acid or base salts thereof, the tautomeric forms thereof, the optical isomers and geometric isomers thereof, and/or the solvates thereof: wherein:
n is an integer equal to 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4;R is chosen from:
a linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl radical,a linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl radical substituted with at least one radical chosen from hydroxyl, imidazolium, and An− radicals, wherein An− represents a cosmetically acceptable anion or a combination of anions,a C1-C4 alkoxy radical, anda halogen atom;R1 is chosen from:
a hydrogen atom,a linear or branched C1-C9 alkyl radical,a linear or branched C1-C9 alkyl radical substituted with at least one hydroxyl radical, anda C1-C3 alkoxy radical;R2 is chosen from:
a hydrogen atom, anda C1-C3 alkoxy radical;X is chosen from:
a hydroxyl radical, anda —NR3R4 radical wherein R3 is chosen from a hydrogen atom, or a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl radical, and R4, which may be identical or different, is chosen from a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl radical, or a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl radical substituted with at least one hydroxyl or C1-C4 alkoxy radical;when R1 and R2 represent a hydrogen atom and n equals 0 then X does not represent a hydroxyl or amino —NH2 radical. |
