PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a touch detection mechanism to have various detection sensitivity while preventing the artifacts of an image.SOLUTION: In an embodiment, pieces of pixel data are written in a memory. A pixel signal based on the image data from the memory is output to an arbitrary pixel. A control unit selectively switches the scan frequency of a plurality of common electrodes constituting a part of a touch detection mechanism between a first frequency and a second frequency higher than the first frequency, allocates a plurality of banks to the memory, one bank corresponding to the capacity of a certain number of lines, defines a plurality of lines of the pixel data to be written in the memory continuously as one unit, sets the number of lines in one unit to a first number of lines equal to the certain number of lines at the first frequency, and sets the number of lines in one unit to a second number of lines more than the certain number of lines at the second frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
