PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method of inspecting a function of an ignition fluid injector and a control device.SOLUTION: In a method of inspecting a function of, in particular, an ignition fluid injector 13 of a binary fuel engine, the ignition fluid injector 13 of an ignition fluid injection system is energized in minimum first, then an ignition fluid discharge pump is operated so that a specific pressure generates in an ignition fluid storage unit 22, a position of a suction throttle of the ignition fluid discharge pump 16 is measured, then continuously the energization is enhanced for a specific time in the first ignition fluid injector 13, while keeping the minimum energization in all of the other ignition fluid injectors 13 without change, a pressure of an ignition fluid storage unit 22 is measured as a test pressure in this process, then continuously the position of the test suction throttle is compared with a position of a reference suction throttle, and whether the first ignition fluid injector 13 is operated without defects or not is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
