PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrule with an optical fiber preventing optical loss, without providing the ferrule with a lens.SOLUTION: A ferrule with an optical fiber includes: a ferrule 10 having a plurality of fiber holes 15 opening on an end surface 11; and a lensed fiber 1 that has an optical fiber 2, a GRIN lens 3, and a coreless fiber 4, in which a tip of the optical fiber 2 is fusion-spliced to the GRIN lens 3, and in which a tip of the GRIN lens 3 is fusion-spliced to the coreless fiber 4. On the end surface 11 of the ferrule 10, the end surface 11 of the coreless fiber 4 of the lensed fiber 1 inserted into the fiber hole 15 is inclined with respect to a surface perpendicular to an optical axis of the lensed fiber 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
