The invention relates to a false-floor grid system having vertically adjustable supports and horizontal supporting plates, fastened at the upper end, on which horizontal crossmembers, for receiving the floor panels, are laid. In order to configure the false floor as a heavy-load floor and in order to provide the possibility of being able to use identical structural parts, the invention provides that all the crossmembers (10...19) are of identical length, that in each case two aligned crossmembers (11, 13), abutting by their end edges, and two crossmembers (10, 12), which are located perpendicularly with respect to the first crossmembers and butt laterally against said crossmembers (11, 13) in contact on the end sides, are laid on the supporting plates (5; 20), which are configured approximately in the form of a cross in plan view, and that, on the respectively next supporting plate (2, 6, 8, 4), the crossmembers (10, 12), butting laterally against the first supporting plate (5; 20), are in contact, by their end sides, with the end sides of the next crossmembers (14, 15), whereas the first crossmembers (11, 13), in mutual contact by their end sides, butt laterally, by means of their other ends, on two aligned crossmembers (16, 17; 18, 19) such that, from support to support, the crossmember ends are assigned alternately thereto, and the crossmember ends are assigned to the supports in the same manner in a diagonal of the false floor in each case. <IMAGE>
