PURPOSE:To realize a system in which the effective use of a frequency is high by executing reading by means of a prescribed time slot at high speed which is n-times as high as the speed stored in a memory circuit, executing modulation by means of a signal stored by means of the time slot and executing transmission/reception by means of hourly interruption. CONSTITUTION:Input signals segmented in a prescribed time length such as a sound signal and a control signal are stored in the memory circuit. In reading them, the speed is changed, at the high speed of 15 times as high as the case of storing, for example, and therefore the time length of the signals is compressed. The control signal or the sound signal outputted from a barrier exchange via a signal processing part 31 is inputted to a signal speed conversion circuit group 51 and impressed on a signal allocation circuit group 52 which allocates the signals by the time slot classifications after the processing of speed (pitch) conversion is executed. The output signal of the signal speed conversion circuit group 51 is inputted to the signal allocation circuit group 52 and the time slots are given in a previously decided order. |
