<p>PURPOSE:To attain maximum gripping force without entailing any damage to not only a cable but to hands by folding a flat band in two, forming a ring part in the baser, and fixing each fastener to both sides of two band tips. CONSTITUTION:One slender, flat band consisting of a flexible and powerful polyester fiber are folded double into two bands 1 and 2, and a bending part is firmed into a ring form, while bending, superposing and sawing one end of a cross band 4 to an outer circumference of the base, then two velvet fasteners 6, 7 are attached tight to respective tips of these bands 1 and 2. T the time of use the cross band 4 is wound and fixed to a tip of cable 8, then these bands 1, 2 are spirally crossed with each other and wound around, and then the velvet fasteners 6, 7 at the tip are joined together. Next, a hook 11 of a winch is engaged with a ring part 3, and when this winch is operated, the bands 1, 2 in and around this ring part 3 is pulled up, pressing and gripping the surface of a cable 10 strongly, thereby drawing this cable 10 out of a reel.</p> |
