The baking mould, made from metal, alloy or other material which withstands cooking temperatures, consists of a main mould and one or more detachable components (2,3) which enable its inner volume to be varied. The main mould can have transverse slots to receive a detachable partition, while a second mould (3) can be placed inside the first to give a different volume. The mould can be made in a wide range of sizes, a series of moulds can be used with a production line for commercial baking. USE/ADVANTAGE - Enables volume of mould to be precisely adjusted; especially suitable for use with choux pastry, sponge mixture or brioche dough.
