PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel usable for suspension device capable of securely holding an upper end part of a panel on both sides, and preventing concentration of suspension load at an upper end surface part of the panel so as not to damage the upper end surface part, and a panel suitable to use the suspension device. SOLUTION: A first lever 22 and a second layer 23 are rotatably connected to each other at their upper parts. A pin 25 to be inserted into a lateral hole 30 is one side surface of a panel 27 is protruded on the first lever 22. A contact part 26 to abut on the other side surface of the panel 27 is provided on the second lever 23. On at least either of the first lever 22 and the second lever 23, suspension parts 32, 33 for suspension are provided. Inside the panel 27, a load bearing rod 31 is provided to get in contact with an upper surface of the pin 25 inserted into the lateral hole 30.
