PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the weak-sighted and the aged easily recognize a peeling place in transparent adhesive tapes when opening and dismantling are performed by sticking a paper piece to tip part of the adhesive tape when the adhesive tape is cut into a required length, is fixed and temporarily fastened or is used for sealing and wrapping and to easily and finely peel the adhesive tape without damaging wrapping paper when this peeling place part is held and pulled, even if adhesive force of the tape is very strong. SOLUTION: A box 3 with cutter is mounted on an adhesive tape cut main body 2 cutting an adhesive tape 1, a paper piece 4 is inserted into the adhesive tape cut main body 2, a spring 5 for pushing up the paper piece 4 is mounted and shaft 10 connecting a pushing out plate 7 pushing out the paper piece 4 to a pedestal 6 with spring and a shaft 9 of a tape holder 8 is mounted. The adhesive tape cut main body 2 is provided with a bearing groove 11 by which the shaft 9 of the tape holder 8 is capable of moving in front and rear directions and a spring 12 pulling back the shaft 9 is mounted.
