<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind member capable of preventing exposure of parts of a steering column when tilting and extending the steering column and permanently prevented from deformation during the operation of a steering wheel. <P>SOLUTION: This column cover is a member for covering inner parts of the steering column of an automobile from an occupant when tilting or extending the steering wheel.
