<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking management system suitable for a parking lot of an area-classified or hierarchy-classified fee system, continuously tracing movement of a vehicle from an entrance to an exit to manage parking. <P>SOLUTION: This parking management system has: cameras C1-Cn for monitoring all areas inside the parking lot P; position analysis devices D1-Dn each image-analyzing a video of each the camera C1-Cn to continuously trace the movement of the vehicle; a vehicle track management device 1 recording parking information such as a parking place, or parking start and end time into a vehicle position information table associatively to a vehicle ID of the entrance vehicle from position information of the position analysis device D1-Dn, and managing it; and a gate type parking management device 10 notifying the vehicle track management device 1 of an issued parking ticket as the vehicle ID through a communication device 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
