<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the missing of a picture in rotating graphic area by generating an address in the direction of sub scanning with a first and a second address generation means when the address in the direction of sub scanning is changed, and outputting the picture to a bit map memory according to the address in the generated direction of main scanning and sub-scanning. CONSTITUTION:The addresses in the direction of main and sub scanning as an one-dimensional address in the direction of X and Y respectively according to first and second parameters are generated by first and second address generation means 100 and 101, and the address in the direction of sub scanning is generated by the first and second address means 100 and 101 while using the step number in the sub scanning direction as the second parameter at the time of address change when these generated addresses in the sub scanning direction is changed. According to these generated addresses in the main and sub direction, the picture from a supply means is stored in a bit map memory 11. Thus, the generation of missing of a picture element in the rotating graphic area when generating the rotating address at an arbitrary angle can be prevented.</p> |
