PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and facilitate assembling work by assembling an insert made of electrical insulating material to a pad cover part to form a horn pad, and supporting a thin plate member together with an elastic body for energizing the thin plate member in the direction of the pad cover part, movably in a gap between the pad cover part and the insert. CONSTITUTION:An insert 15 made of electrical insulating material is assembled with a specified gap A to the back side part of a pad cover part 1 integrally with the pad cover part 1 to form a horn pad 3. A coil spring 13 as an elastic body is interposed between a thin plate member 5 and a coil spring mount part 15b formed integrally with the insert 15 so as to energize the thin plate member 5 in the direction of the pad cover part 1. A claw protruding part 15a is mounted in a through hole 16 bored in the thin plate member 5. The thin plate member 5 is thereby supported movably in a gap A between the insert 15 and pad cover part 1, and the insert 15 is fixed to a fixed frame body 4. |
