A sheet for mold regeneration which, even when used for cleaning a mold having vacuum ports, can clean the mold without clogging the vacuum ports; and a method of mold cleaning with the sheet. The sheet for mold regeneration comprises an air-permeable sheet (1) and, formed on one or each side thereof, a 10-150 µm-thick cleaning material layer (2) made of an unvalcanized rubber composition or thermosetting resin composition, the cleaning material layer having through-holes (3) dispersedly formed therein. |
