PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro pump which a tube unit and a control unit can be detached from and attached on. SOLUTION: The micro pump 1 is provided with: the tube unit 2 including an elastic tube 50, fingers 40-46 radially provided from a center direction of an arc shape of the tube 50, a cam 20, a rotor 70 transmitting torque to the cam 20, and a vibrator 80 including piezoelectric elements 82, 83 and a projection part 81a abutting on the rotor 70 at a longitudinal direction end part; and a control unit 3 including a control circuit part 60 supplied with electric power by a battery 61 and applying alternating voltage on the piezoelectric elements 82, 83. The tube unit 2 and the control unit 3 can be detached and attached. The vibrator 80 vibrates by applying alternating voltage on the piezoelectric elements 82, 83 and applies torque on the rotor 70. The cam 20 presses the fingers 40-46 in an order from a flow-in side to a flow-out side of fluid. Liquid is transported by repeating compression closure and opening of the tube 50.
