PURPOSE: A cover for preventing the scattering of combustible fuel oil is provided to prevent the diffusion or scattering of combustible fluid fuel leaked from a fluid pipe placed complicatedly in various industrial spots and the engine room of a ship. CONSTITUTION: A cover for preventing the scattering of combustible fuel oil is produced by coating a heat-resistance adhesive(2,4) on both surfaces of a metal screen(3) made of stainless steel or copper and attaching a thermally treated aluminum foil(1,5) onto the surfaces. The aluminum foil is attached in the multiple layers. The metal screen is preferably formed in the thickness of 0.01-1.0mm. The aluminum foil is treated by quenching. The heat-resistance adhesive is silicon adhesive.
