PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel sticking device capable of improving sticking work productivity by surely degasifying bubbles generated after sticking while preventing containing of the bubbles during the sticking and greatly lowering the defective rate of a stuck body.SOLUTION: A chamber body 10 and a chamber lid body 11 constitute a vacuum chamber unit 3. A fixed sticking base 12 having a dam fixture 13 is provided inside the chamber body 10, and a movable sticking base 16 is provided in the chamber lid body 11. A display panel P1 and a sticking target P2 fitted to the dam fixture 13 and the movable sticking base 16 are stuck under a vacuum environment, then the vacuum chamber unit 3 is set in a tilted attitude by a chamber tilting device, an unsealed part 34 not sealed with the dam fixture 13 is positioned at the tilted upper end of the display panel P1, and bubbles generated in a stuck surface during curing of an adhesive are degasified from the unsealed part 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
