PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods of DNA-specimen storage and individual identification that can identify an individual from which a foreign body is derived, and can clarify the route of an occurred accident, by rapid and accurate personal identification when the foreign body derived from a living body is found from a product.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, methods of DNA-specimen storage and individual identification comprise: sampling oral mucosal cells from producers and manufacturers of products; storing the oral mucosal cells anonymously; extracting DNA from the foreign body and amplifying when the foreign body derived from a living body is discovered from products; extracting DNA from the oral mucosal cells and amplifying; and comparing the amplified DNA sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
