The invention relates to a microorganism isolated from the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, which comprises the inactivation or deletion of the erp gene, the phoP gene and a gene that prevents the production of phthiocerol dimycocerosates (DIM). Said microorganism can be used for the treatment or prevention of tuberculosis, for the treatment of bladder cancer and as a vector or adjuvant. The invention also relates to the pharmaceutical composition comprising said microorganism, to the use thereof as a vaccine, vector or adjuvant, and to the method for producing said microorganism.
